Meet Gary Little, Founder of Pain Free That’s Me

With over 35 years of experience in the physical and emotional health field, Gary has worked with Olympic and professional athletes, taught at the university level, and published Shattering the Pain Myth, with a second book now underway.

After decades as a physical therapist, Gary realised he was often treating only the symptoms of pain — not the causes. That realization reshaped his life’s work and inspired the creation of Pain Free That’s Me, a program that empowers people to dissolve both physical and emotional pain from within, without ongoing therapy.

His current research explores how stress, emotions, and the nervous system intertwine to create chronic pain patterns — and how awareness, movement, and self-guided tools can help people restore balance and live freely again.

Through his work, Gary continues to challenge traditional views of pain, blending science, mindfulness, and compassionate awareness to show that true healing begins when we understand the connection between mind and body.
