We are Beyond Podiatry, a long established successful organisation operated by Danielle Robertson & Associates. At Beyond Podiatry in Newcastle we offer an extensive range of Podiatric treatment for patients of all ages and we have Podiatric solutions from the smallest corn or callus to the most complex biomechanical issues. We have three convenient locations in Newcastle at Waratah, Edgeworth and Warners Bay, each with level access and easy parking. Our Podiatrists have extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of Podiatric treatment and are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.Our clinics are compliant with and exceed Australian Standards for sterilisation of all instruments used.

We are seeking a full time, part time, contract/commission and casual podiatrist for this well-established Business in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Comprising of two clinics situated in Glendale and Warners Bay.

This position will be responsible for providing podiatric services to private patients. We see a wide range of patients dealing with all aspects of podiatry from general treatments, diabetes, biomechanics, orthotic therapy, laser therapy, dry needling (myofascial therapy), joint mobilisation, injection therapy and nail surgery.

What are we looking for: a junior podiatrist (0-6 years experience) looking to build their podiatry career, or a senior podiatrist (7-30 years experience), or a Biomechanical specialist. The perfect candidate will be responsible for providing Podiatric services to private patients. If you have a strong work ethic, demonstrated organisational and time management skills and are a team player with a genuine interest in providing excellent foot care, you might just be the applicant we are looking for.

Exciting news!! Beyond Podiatry is looking for an Administration Superstar to join our team.
The position is for 3-5 days a week and can be negotiated upon employment.
We have 3 very busy clinics and are looking for passionate and reliable people to join our team.
The role:
-Managing incoming calls and patient inquiries.
-Coordinating appointments.
-Billing patients and processing payments.
-Maintaining patient records.
-Daily account keeping.
The successful applicant will possess an outstanding telephone manner on a busy switchboard, have excellent communication and multitasking skills and the ability to work independently.
Our clinic hours are 9-5.30 Monday - Friday.
Selection Criteria - Essential:
-A minimum of 2 years experience working in an administration/reception type role. (Medical background an advantage).
-Exceptional phone manner.
-Ability to multitask and take direction.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-Experience with a patient management software. (Pracsuite and advantage).
-Willingness to work between 3 clinics.
Desirable:
-Experience in Work Cover, NDIS and DVA will be highly regarded.
-Availability Monday to Friday.
