Jeff has been in practice since 1995, After 28 years in practice you can be sure you are getting a highly experienced practitioner dedicated entirely to your health. Jeff incorporates a range of different modalities including acupuncture, Chinese herbs, craniosacral therapy, diet, exercise and lifestyle advice creating a unique treatment approach. Using this approach ensures the best outcomes for you. Education is another key factor in improving your health over the long term. As Jeff says ‘The more that people understand their condition the more engaged they become motivating them to create the changes they need to in their lives. If you have habits that are affecting your particular symptoms then by addressing them with manageable strategies we can improve the outcomes for the short and long term, that is the ultimate aim for me. I’m not a purist and it’s not about getting everyone to eat tofu and mung beans, it’s about recognising habits that aren’t healthy and together creating a workable strategy to create a shift. My job is not to stand over someone and wag my finger but to guide them towards better health and support them through the process’

Jeff has been in Newcastle (NSW) since 2015. But over the years he has practiced under the banner of ‘Evolve Natural Medicine’ in Brisbane, Cooroy and more recently Darwin

Jeff also trains practitioners in natural medicine to help them learn the skills they need to be able to help the clients more effectively. A national and international presenter Jeff is extremely passionate about practitioners being the best they can be.

Every year around this time we take a complete social media break for a couple of weeks. A chance to de-device and reset. But before we go both Alayna and I would like to thank you for being part of our community. Clients, followers, engagers, you are all super special and we appreciate you. While we are getting off social media we will still be open upto and including Christmas eve and then reopening Jan 6th. Whatever this time of year means to you we wish you peace. Take good care and we'll be back in '26.
