Vitality Junction is a Natural Health Centre promoting health and well-being through Chiropractic, N It caters to all types of health-related topics and issues.

Vitality Junction is a Go Vita Health Centre, located in The Junction. There is 3 main parts to the business:
1. Dr Mary Bourke's Chiropractic
2. Vitality Go Vita Health Shop
3. Natural Health Clinic

The shop is fully stocked with all types of products, such as Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements, Cereals, Organics, Probiotics, Prebiotics, Fermented Foods, Kafir Water, BPA-Free products, plastic-free products and the list goes on. The Natural Health Clinic is made of of many practiotioners in several different fields:
Psychology, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Nutritionists, Dieticians, Bowen Therapy, Accupuncture, Iridology and Sclerology. There are various types of Massage including:
Sports/Remedial
Relaxation

Then there are the evening and weekend classes, such as:
Yoga
Chanting
Meditation

We also run the popular Vital Babies Program. A mums & bubs morning tea group with prefessional guest speakers each week with the topics SLEEP,MOVEMENT,PLAY & NUTRITION

Then there are the Special Events, such as Weightloss courses and Self-Improvement courses.

Dear Friends,

I hope this finds you well!

I am continuing with my monthly Saturday Living Well Workshop Series this year at Vitality Junction - an opportunity for a regular, intimate ‘mini retreat’ experience and reset (the 2nd Saturday of each month March-Dec inclusive).

I am passionate about providing these. The more exposure we have to genuine Yoga techniques and teachings, the more we benefit. Our Yoga practice is in many ways a path of both releasing and staying strong in the face of stress ... there is no end to this process as life delivers many stressors, some big, others daily and accumulative.

These sessions are about quantity - more time spent together in practice and learning - and also quality, with teachings direct from an authentic lineage. I’ve been blessed to have trained with senior teachers in this Krishnamacharya tradition for the past 26 years.

What I have learnt and implemented has been life changing. A clear, simple (not easy!) map for Living Well across body, mind and relationships. It continues to astound me with how rewarded I am for relaxed (not self punishing) consistency to Yoga practice.

That the path to greater peace and empowered wellbeing is simple but not easy is exactly why we need regular guidance, study and immersion - to remember to stay on course, to not be derailed by overwhelm, to embody more and more how we want to be, to re-align.

These workshops are about providing you with:

* Longer, deeper practices and techniques to make bigger shifts in your nervous system and wellbeing

* Regular (monthly) opportunities for this so your baseline begins to noticeably shift, particularly alongside regular classes and practice

* Sanga (likeminded and inspiring community)

* Understanding of the classical teachings of Yoga, which are universally helpful, practical and empowering as well as profound in nature. Based mostly on the study I have undertaken directly from the source alongside two seminal texts, the Yoga Sutra-s of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita

* Nourishment for your being on all levels - including and not least a lovingly prepared and delicious healthy lunch (dietary requirements catered for - all meals are vegan and gluten-free and based on fresh produce and Ayurvedic principles)

* Space for just you - no interruptions, no demands, no technology. This quiet is priceless in our current culture and a great antidote to your work and family demands

Dear Friends,
I am so grateful for the support of Yoga classes online and at Vitality Junction Health Centre throughout this year. I am so nourished by and grateful for you all.
Believe it or not, we are entering the FINAL 4-week TERM for 2025 this week! At this time of year we need the nervous system support and calming and strengthening of our practice more than ever (I do challenge anyone to compete with 3 children born in December for planning and busyness!)

Dear Friends,

I hope you are travelling well!

Yoga has so many tools for our wellbeing on every level - helping support a strong and flexible body, resilient nervous system, clear calm mind, increased digestive fire and energy, improved relational health, creativity, purpose, being in flow with life etc

The final Living Well Workshop for 2025 is this coming Saturday 8th November 10.30am-3.30pm and there are a few places remaining.

Join us for 5 hours of opening and releasing through movement and breath, restoring deep calm and connection through chanting and relaxation, building beautiful community and being nourished by delicious natural food.

You will leave feeling reconnected to your own power to influence your life day to day through simple frameworks and practices from the teachings of Yoga.

The exploration for this month’s Workshop is Sva-Dharma - being aligned with our own unique life purpose. One of the ways we find this is by listening beyond the mind/thoughts to the heart (and beyond).

Dear Friends,

Dear Friends,

Could you do with some time out to heal your nervous system and reconnect with what’s important?

Retreating is a beautiful opportunity for restoring, resetting, remembering, reflecting and reconnecting. For deepening our practice and moving back into life with vitality and perspective.

This September I’m so excited to be hosting my first retreat since Covid (and my youngest Juniper!) with my dear friend and fellow Yogi Leah Suters who will be preparing delicious and healthy creative meals (dietary requirements catered for).

The theme of this Spring Retreat is Return to Connection. Spending time in a gorgeous natural setting, we will have 3 nights (early check-in Friday, checkout Mon 10am) to really enjoy the pace and the peaceful surrounds.

Places have been filling for this intimate experience, but we still have capacity for 1-3 more students and we would love to share this with you. The venue is a beautifully appointed and private property, Turtles Crossing, in Green Point.

This year at Vitality Junction I am running monthly workshops with the theme of Living Well. The August session is coming up this weekend, Saturday 9th Ag 10.30am-3.30pm.

Please let me know if you could do with a deep nervous system reset, some joyous practice and inquiry, be nourished by pure Sattvic food, warm supportive community and the rich teachings of classical Yoga.

These are very special, intimate workshops with a focus on integrating habits and frameworks for our everyday lives that focus on our own sense of power for positive change.
