An ex high school teacher, Francesca now prefers teaching in the quiet and calm environ of a Yoga room, rather than a class of noisy 14 year olds! Francesca teaches a calming, flowing, classical style of Yoga that incorporates Asana ( poses) Pranayama ( breathing techniques) and mindfulness ( stilling a busy mind)
