Many women I work with feel frustrated because they’ve “done everything” - the mindset work, the journaling, the breathwork - and still feel stuck.

You’ve done the inner work.
The breathwork.
The journaling.

So why does your body still feel stuck?

Because healing isn’t linear - and it isn’t only in the mind.

Sometimes what we label as “blocked” is simply energy that hasn’t yet felt safe enough to move.

Instead of trying harder, try softer.

💥 Self-Love Isn’t Bubble Baths. It’s Discipline.

I help women change their routines so they can change their lives.

And here’s the part no one loves hearing:

If you don’t create the discipline, you won’t see the change you wish to see.

Obviously, I have to walk my talk too.
Even when I’m sleep deprived.
(Eclipse season? Mercury Retrograde? Perimenopause? Being busy?)

I could blame all of it.

But the moment I blame, I give my power away.

So this year I’ve shifted my routines - not because they were bad (I have great routines), but because I want to be the best version of myself.

I’ve got big goals. That requires commitment.

One simple change?

Morning walks instead of evening ones to support my melatonin cycle.
Am I sleeping better yet? Not really.

But that one disciplined shift has changed my entire day.

Clearer focus. Lighter mental load. Better decisions.

I still meditate.
Still do yoga and breathwork daily.
Swimming and Pilates when I can.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about keeping your word to yourself.

So many women say “I don’t have time.”

Time isn’t the issue.
Priority is.

If you don’t prioritise your wellbeing, no wonder you’re burnt out - saying yes to everything except yourself.

Discipline isn’t punishment.

It’s devotion.

And that’s where real self-love begins 💗

If I achieve more…
If I fix this part of me…
If I’m more confident…
Then I’ll feel enough.

But worth isn’t something you earn.

It’s something you reconnect with.

Yesterday I did a freaking ice bath!!!

I vowed I would never do this - I'm not a cold water person... like seriously can't stand being cold.

But life is for living, right!

𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱.

A year ago, I was untangling myself from a relationship that slowly eroded my spirit.

The gaslighting.
The volatility.
The shrinking to keep the peace.

But the hardest truth?

Realising how often I abandoned myself.
Ooof that bites.

But that ends with me.

This year, I didn’t just “move on.”
I rebuilt.

I healed my nervous system.
I stopped negotiating with disrespect.
I chose clarity over chaos.
I chose myself - fully.

And something shifted.

I no longer crave love that feels uncertain.
I no longer tolerate what feels unsafe.
I no longer betray my own knowing.

Today, I stand in my womanhood grounded.
Discerning.
Self-trusting.

Unavailable for anything less than honour.

Valentine’s Day isn’t about who chooses me.

It’s about the day I chose myself - and meant it.

Here’s to women who break cycles.

Who regulate their nervous systems.
Who refuse to romanticise red flags.

Who understand that self-love is not soft - it is sovereign.

I was sitting in a little park in Redfern, eating my lunch and half-watching something on my phone when a woman approached me.

“Excuse me… I don’t mean to interrupt you,” she said, laughing nervously. “I’ve been watching you eat - not in a stalky way - I just think you’re so elegant. Your posture, your stance… even the way you wiped your crumbs.”

I was completely caught off guard. But it was so unexpectedly kind.

Her name was Leah.

We chatted for a few minutes. She told me it’s hard to find people who smile or are open to conversation. “It’s like people have forgotten how to be kind,” she said.

There was something so tender about her. Life had clearly shaped her. She had a beer in hand, ci******es between her fingers, seemed a little scattered in her movements - but underneath all of that was the softest heart. And I truly felt it.

Before she left she said, “I promise I wasn’t stalking you. I just wanted to say hello.”

When she walked away, I noticed tears in her eyes.

And if I’m honest… there were tears in mine too.

I don’t know Leah’s story.
But I know she was craving something deeply human - connection.

And maybe we all are.

A smile.
Eye contact.
A simple conversation.

It matters so more than we think.

You truly never know what someone is carrying and sometimes, all it takes is to be seen, to be heard, to feel loved.

She didn’t need another productivity hack.

She needed to stop living in survival mode.

So many capable women are functioning from nervous system dysregulation and calling it ambition.

From the outside, it looks like success.

From the inside, it feels like pressure.

Our work wasn’t about doing more.

It was about softening the hyper-independence.

Healing the people-pleasing.

Building internal safety.

And when that shifted?

Her leadership changed.

Her communication changed.

Her energy changed.

Confidence isn’t loud.

It’s regulated.

Which really means - releasing old patterns of thought, emotions, energy and behaviours that are not serving you, and develop new healthy ways of being, living and thriving.

I believe that there is so much more to life than the daily grind and so I teach people how to create space in their lives to reconnect with themselves, their families and friends and create a life of balance and harmony.

I help people release old energetic blocks, such as money blocks, communication issues, relationship issues and in healing depression, pain, anxiety, traumas and phobias.
