Seashelle has made a coupe of clinic changes and will be open the following days/ times moving forwards. I'm expecting to be as busy as ever, so please don't leave your bookings until the last minute to avoid missing out. Just incase you needed another reason for why sitting on the floor was awesome! It means you can get down on the same level as your furbabies or babies, and who doesn't love cuddles!

Are your feet molded into a shoe shape, or are your shoes molded into a foot shape? It always makes me extremely happy to run into another person looking after their feet 💙

Floor sitting at the airport. It can be done!! It's an amazing way to get some last minute stretches in while waiting for a flight before you're stuck sitting in a chair for an extended period of time.

Have you ever stopped and wondered why it is we do certain things? Why do we sit at a dining table to eat dinner? These days it's pretty standard to sit in front of the tele and eat dinner. If we can get away with eating our food in any position or chair throughout the house, why not challenge your mobility and try it from the floor?

Hiya I’m Shelle! I’m a chilled out, soccer loving person that always strives to bring a bit of quirkiness to everyone’s day. I’m also a remedial massage therapist who runs a budding massage business (Seashelle Massage) of 2 years in Mayfield West (Newcastle). When I’m not massaging, I’m usually hanging out with family, doing something outdoors or getting a massage myself!

I believe in focusing on results and enjoying life, which I can easily do through my work at Seashelle Massage. The real reason I do what I do is to help get people back out to the things they love, and keep them there!
