I’ve just returned after a week away from the office and was reminded how deeply restorative it can be to rest, play, and reconnect with the things that bring joy and balance.

On World Mental Health Day, take a moment to pause and reflect - What’s one small thing you can do today that supports your wellbeing?

Term 3 “Recall Your True Nature” Group Program

If you or someone you know is looking for a nature-based group therapy program to support mental health and wellbeing, this could be the perfect fit.

Our 6 session “Recall Your True Nature” program invites participants to reconnect with themselves through time in nature, guided Mindfulness practice and EMDR. For participants, it's often a powerful journey of re-discovery, and personal growth that supports meaningful and lasting change.

Term 3 commences on the 4th of August and registrations close July 14 — or when places have been filled.

After a brief pause due to the recent floods, we were so grateful to return for our 3rd session in our Recall Your True Nature group program this week.

While the skies opened up for a wet start, it only made the earth’s abundant gifts feel even more special. Treated to freshly picked herbs from the garden and the tiny treasures revealed by the rain, we were reminded of the beauty in slowing down and reconnecting.

It’s so good to be back in the rhythm of group work — grounded, present, and together. Enjoying another season of reflection, connection, and remembering our true nature. 🦋
