Sound & Spirit are grateful to be returning to this Spring for a Family Nature Mindfulness gathering 🌼🌳☀️

Children’s Medicine Drum Circle 🥁🥁

At the heart of our Family Yoga session is the incredibly talented a dedicated yoga teacher, holistic health coach, caring youth mentor and the creator and founder of Happy Little Yogis 🧘‍♀️❤️

Alex and Steph from Sound & Spirit will lead a family mindfulness nature meditation and sound immersion, followed by a fun and grounding children’s drum circle to conclude the event.

What to bring:
A picnic and refreshments
Family picnic blanket/rug or yoga mats
Anything else that will assist you with comfort such as pillows and blankets.

When: Saturday, 7th September
Where: Tocal Homestead, 957 Tocal Rd, Paterson
Time: 10 am - 12 noon
Cost: Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) $88, Adult ticket $33, Children’s ticket $22, Children under 3 free.

Oh what fun! 🥳 I had the best day at our kids yoga teacher training with these gorgeous ladies from King Street Community Pre-School. 🥰
They certainly came with all the energy, good vibes & laughter! 🤣

🌈 Calm Kids Yoga 🌈

I love bringing my inner child out, playing and having fun with poses, being intuitive with movement and weaving fun and calming practices into sessions tailored for little yogis.

Yesterday I learnt so much with . I’m now dreaming up some magical sessions to share with little yogis 👧 🧒🏽

Yoga teacher, lifelong learner. Yesterday I spent the day with Happy Little Yogis Tribe at a kids yoga workshop! It was a fabulous day spent with Aimee Angelique Yoga and Holistic Health and other like minded inviduals looking for different ways to help kids bring some mindfulness into their lives. I can't wait to incoporate some of the things I learnt into my own classes.

I started up Happy Little Yogis because I saw how much it was needed when I had kids myself. I experienced first hand what a difference yoga made in my kids' lives. And I wanted to share this magic with other parents and kids.⁣⠀

There IS something magic about sharing yoga with children. When I teach, you can see the spark in the kids' eyes. It's a beautiful practice. And in our society, a much needed practice.⁣⠀
