4U Care was founded in late 2016 with the aim of providing people with a disability greater choice and control in pursuing their diverse individual goals. Absolute stoke sums up Eddie and Support Worker Tim’s trip to Lithgow. They spent the weekend wandering through the town’s rail history, soaking in the scenery and squeezing in a very necessary gift-shop stop.

Eddie was in his happy place at the Zig Zag Railway. He’s a long-time train lover, so this weekend couldn’t have been a better adventure 🚂

The crew from the Hub headed down to the pool for some hydrotherapy fun and it was exactly what everyone needed. A hot day, a cool dip, plenty of floating, laughing and catching up! 🐠

It’s the kind of session that feels good in the moment and keeps paying off long after you’re out of the water, building confidence and basic water skills along the way.

Emmerson made the most of the morning sun at the Wallsend Hub, sneaking in some waterplay with Support Worker Laura before the daily hustle of the hub kicked in.

Lynda and Jodie have been mixing things up on their 1:1 Supports with a few picnics (we always pack the craft kit) and plenty of time at the golf range ⛳

Between swinging 70 balls at the range, bowling and swimming, Jodie’s one busy athlete.

Not a bad office view for a bit of painting either, with Birubi Point putting on a show.
