Honestly, even the longest Insta caption wouldn’t come close to expressing the love and appreciation I feel for you 🧡

I adore your adventurous spirit, your curiosity for different cultures, and the way you move through life so connected to the natural world. Seeing how you honour your physical vessel is deeply inspiring, and your passion for helping others heal just makes my heart explode.

Thank you for teaching me about cars, motorbikes, and business - and for meeting me with so much patience, kindness and understanding… even in the times I am probably testing all of that 😅🙏

2025 you have been WILD BABY. Intense. Transformative. Fire. And I wouldn’t change a damn thing ❤️🐆🐍🌹

This year stripped me back in all the ways that mattered.
It brought the very core of toxic shame (especially around my sexuality) to the surface and I transmuted that sh*t. Big time. I walked away from unhealthy dynamics, shed identities that no longer fit, and set myself free from some relentless long-held shackles.

I turned 40 and y’all… it’s true what they say about this decade. You trim the fat. You stop negotiating with your truth. You start choosing yourself, ruthlessly.

There was burnout. And then there was the return.
Resetting my nervous system, my hormones, my energy. Reawakening my Shakti. Many deaths. Extraordinary rebirths.

Somewhere around mid-year, I stopped chasing success. The striving fell away. The need to improve, achieve, or be “on top” dissolved. Now I find myself, truly in this place called “here”.. present, soft, alive.. letting life meet me where I am, with a very different looking future ahead.

I’ve never felt so uncomplicated ✨ and so multidimensional ✨ at the same time. I am madly in love with this version of me.

Huge shoutout to my partner, my team, my community, my loved ones, my therapists, my business, my teachers, and the wise plants I sit with.. that helped hold, shift, love and guide me. My deepest gratitude to you 🙏🥰🌿
