I see so many patients struggling with restrictive or elimination diets that often lead to yo-yo effects, worsening Lipoedema symptoms, and gut or bowel issues. I completely understand the desire to find something that helps — but sometimes these diets can do more harm than good. Personally, I enjoy a wide variety of healthy, non-processed foods, and my Lipoedema has remained stable. A gentle reminder that balance and nourishment often serve us better than restriction. Food for thought! 🌿
