Its great for overwhem, brain fog and when your anixiety, sadness,fear,illness pain are becoming to much. Spiritual Coach; I help other to navigate what it means for them to be spititual. I work with Empaths to understand themselves, to sort out their own thought from others. Plus rejuinate Lighworkers who are feeling tired. Holistic Councillor: I offer a space where you can come and sit and chat as we look into your Emotional, Spiritual Wellbeing and Self Esteem
