Who Am I?

Hey lovely followers, I’m Kel!

I’m a fun, loving and caring daughter, sister, aunt, friend and recently became a wifey to my hubby Andrew. I’m a lover of life and believe there is always a positive to everything in life, even if we can’t see it at the time. I’m a budding entrepreneur and have a desire to create a life for myself and others that is outside of ‘the norm’. I am incredibly passionate about empowered, holistic & preventative healthcare & supporting others to live their BEST LIFE!!

Born and bred in Newcastle, I’m a novacastrian that loves nothing more than feeling my feet in the sand and being at the beach, spending time with friends and family, cheering on my local NRL footy team the Newcastle Knights (GO THE KNIGHTS!) and getting my DIY on!! Weaved amongst all of that is my bizarre, weird & wonderful, quirky & unpredictably personality (my husband wrote that!). Travelling, singing (badly..I’m definitely not going be the next Beyonce), being out in nature, using and sharing essential oils, creating useful programs & resources, and supporting my oily tribe are just some of the other things that make me, Me!

Throughout the majority of my life I thought I maintained pretty good health and I generally did. I have always battled with my weight (but hey, who hasn’t), I suffered hormonally (but again, what girl didn’t!). If I ever came down with a cold or even the flu I would fight it off fast and be back to my normal self before I knew it. As I got older (by older i mean 30/very early 30’s..so not really old), things that were minor issues were fast becoming major, that strong immune system i once had was failing me and lead me to some pretty difficult health issues. With a lack of answers and misdiagnosis, I was left uninspired and with a lack of faith in the modern medical world. (Please know; I truly value the knowledge and services of medical professionals and i believe there is a time and place for both modern and natural modalities). It was through my ailments, I was lead on massive path of growth and discovery and it was during this time, that I truly began to discover, the depth of control that we have over our own health & happiness and the infinite power that nature holds in supporting our bodies.
