Meet Thomas! 👋🏼

We’re so proud to support an incredible local athlete from as he heads to the Australian Multiclass Age Championships on the Gold Coast this April 🏊‍♂️

Qualifying for Nationals is a true testament to Thomas’ hard work, dedication and commitment to his sport. As a multiclass athlete, this achievement is especially meaningful and highlights the importance of inclusion and equal opportunity in sport ⭐️

We can’t wait to hear all about it!

A couple of weeks back, our CSA maintenance crew headed out for a workshop visit with Nick 🪵🤎

From reclaimed timber to stunning local hardwoods, the boys got hands-on with raw materials, asked all the questions, and soaked up knowledge from the best of the best. Safe to say the ideas are already flowing for our next building projects! 🔨✨

And yes… we saw the viral coffee table that folds into a dining table in real life 👀🔥

We’re so grateful to learn from passionate local legends like Nick 🧡

Huge congratulations to our incredible team members Heidi and Michael 💙

Heidi was awarded Support Worker of the Year, recognised for her dedication, leadership, and the amazing work she does across our programs,
especially in leading the canteen. Her passion, consistency, and care truly make a difference every single day 🏆

We also celebrated Michael as our very first Rookie of the Year! After an outstanding first year at Clear Sky, he finished strong by stepping into a Key Worker role, a huge achievement and so well deserved 🏆

We are so proud of both of you, and so grateful for every member of our Clear Sky team. The work you do, the heart you bring, and the support you provide 💙

Our Story

Clear Sky Australia PTY LIMITED (CSA) is a boutique Disability Service Provider specialising in delivering person centered and inclusive supports to individuals with a disability in the Newcastle and Hunter Region. With 30 years industry experience, managing and providing services in some of the largest providers in the industry, Directors Chris, Patrick and Scott in collaboration with industry stakeholders Formed Clear Sky Australia to offer a boutique service where the focus remains on the individual service user. CSA's main area's of service include: NDIS funded Supported Independent Living (S.I.L), and Community Participation programs. CSA also offer supports in: Life transition planning, mentoring, peer support and individual skill development and training in both group and individual settings. Clear Sky Australia provide an individual focused and dynamic service, tailored to support and facilitate achieving service users individual goals. CSA utlise a unique non-center based approach to enhance local community connections and emphasise opportunity and inclusion in the service users community.
