Valkyrie is a gym for the broken hearts, lost souls and the misunderstood! The “care factor” just isn’t there. but we f**king care, a lot. Why?

Finding success in the weight room is hard. ‘Globo’ gyms focus on retaining members without providing actual outcomes for their members. holy s**t, it’s the 4th of march, which means we’ve made it through another year of small biz…

that makes 9 years total and an impossible number of memories to recall.

today, we honour the good, the bad and the ugly with cold beer and deep sigh.

- we turned 7 years strong today! happy birthday gym!

We are thrilled to announce that the highly acclaimed, Mark Shropshire is coming to Valkyrie Gym, Australia 🇦🇺

Mark has worked with elite level athletes and is travelling all the way from the US to share his expertise and help you move from “average gym goer” to “kickass athlete”!

Chris after we asked him about advice for newcomers to the VSC!

Chris has been a “repeat offender” when it comes to blowing expectations out of the water at our annual VSC event.

Last year, Chris managed to pull a whopping 190kg Deadlift (and made it look easy).

That’s a 35kg increase to his previous best!
