Counselling and Mental Health. my name is Alex.

I am a clinically qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience in a range of areas including anxiety, depression and addiction. I know that overcoming these issues can seem overwhelming and scary, and I also know many ways in which to offer my clients the support they need. I work intuititively with my clients, offering a personalised service to assist you to gain clarity and satisfaction in your life. Through both my studies and varied work experience, I can support you to find the answers which you seek in life and help you to see the joy which life has to offer. I have worked in many areas including the military, recovery centres for addictions and eating disorders, and with the eldery and ageing. Due to this, I have a large knowledge base and experience in assisting clients to regain their equilibruim with a range of difficult issues.
