Bobbie-Jo and Amy have had a lot of people through the door with neck pain in the last few weeks, and it’s not uncommon this time of year.

There can be a number of factors that contribute such as a change in seasons (hot days and cool temps overnight), more time at a desk or computer in the lead up to exam season, new season sports commencing or routine changes with term 4.

Regardless of the cause our physios can help assess your posture, release tight muscles, support your recovery and identify ways you can prevent re-injury in future.

We still have appointments available this Saturday so use the link in our bio to find a time that suits and book online.

And remember, if you can’t see a time that suits, give us a call and we’ll add you to our wait list. Cancellations do happen, and our reception team can let you know straight away when something becomes available at your preferred time.

That is why here at Pivotal Motion, we are all about movement for everyone. Our Newmarket-based practice strives to educate our clients and patients on movement that is ideally suited to their individual needs. We take an integrated approach to health and fitness with our services, and range of team skills.

Pivotal Motion Physiotherapy is located within a 5km radius of Brisbane CBD and is easily accessible via car, bike or bus. The recently updated Newmarket Village Shopping Centre is the location of this physiotherapy clinic.

Pivotal Motion conducts exercise classes for Active Teens who are looking to improve or maintain their strength for sport. We also run a Balance and Strength class for those who are looking to continue moving without pain, improving strength, preventing falls, improving overall fitness and instilling confidence in function and movement.

As a member of the Newmarket community we support local sporting clubs that include the Newmarket Soccer club, Windsor Royals & Pine Hills Baseball and Brisbane Volleyball Club.
