Our 8-week Powerlifting Program starts again next week and will be offered as an evening class for the first time!
Kicking off next Wednesday at 6pm, the program will focus on the fundamentals of safe and effective lifting technique. Whether you’re looking to make a start on your strength training journey or you’re an experienced lifter looking to fine tune your approach and boost your progress - this program is for you.
Our accredited Exercise Physiologist, Miguel, is also an experienced powerlifter. In these small-group sessions you’ll get 1:1 guidance and dedicated support to meet your individual needs.
