What if I told you I boosted my energy, focus, and strength in JUST 30 DAYS - without losing a single kilo, giving up my favorite foods, or sacrificing time with my loved ones?
Life has thrown a few curveballs recently, and I found myself in a bit of a rut. But hey, it happens to all of us, right? The magic is in getting back on track. So for 30 days, I decided to focus on the habits that make me feel my best. To walk the talk and do exactly what we teach our clients to do in their own lives!
This wasn’t about weight loss - it was about consistency, feeling good for me, and being able to show up for the people I care about. The body composition changes? A nice little bonus!
Here’s what I did:
✨ Focused on things that didn’t involve the scale - better sleep, more focus, strength, and a better mood.
✨ 2100-2300 cal/day (my maintenance calories), while enjoying the foods I love - controlling my weight meant no stress about the numbers on the scale.
✨ Moved my body minimum 4x a week, mixing resistance training & cardio.
✨ Prioritised 8 hours of sleep with a set routine.
✨ Drank 3L of water daily and ditched alcohol.
✨ Prepped meals and planned my days to avoid rushing or stress.
✨ Limited caffeine so I could really feel my energy levels & reduce dependency.
Here’s what changed:
✅ My energy, focus, and mood completely transformed.
✅ My body composition improved - increased muscle tone in my legs, glutes, arms, and back - all thanks to consistency.
✅ My sleep quality has drastically improved, and my body naturally winds down by 8 pm.
✅ I feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to myself.
And here’s what didn’t change:
❌ My weight.
❌ Enjoying meals out and all the fun foods.
❌ Putting my relationships first and cherishing the things that really matter.
This journey wasn’t about restriction or sacrifice - it was about thriving. You don’t need to chase the scale to feel amazing. Consistency with the things that matter will get you where you want to go. 💖
Feeling stuck? Start small. One new habit can create a ripple effect. You’ve got this!
