Staying Active as We Age ๐ช๐
A recent study looked at what helps โ and what holds back โ older adults from staying active. The findings show that how and why we move matters just as much as what we do.

- Enjoying the activity (not seeing it as a chore!)
- Moving with friends, family, or groups
- Safe, accessible places to exercise
