Ka’alele’au is a rhythmic, flowing, dance, similar to Qi Gong. A moving meditation cultivating expanded focus and presence and providing direct insight into who we are in relationship to our environment.

As we adjust ourselves in motion we gain awareness of the nature of our actions and responses. Utilising sacred Kahuna principles to explore new ways of perceiving and responding.

What we discover & experience within our body is a felt knowing this is ours forever, far beyond any intellectual approach.

This is a unique and powerful modality for self discovery developed by native born Hawaiian Kahu Abraham Kawai’i & further refined by Ki’a’i Ho’okahi Weber of the Australian College of Kahuna Sciences.
