We’re excited to share that Liz returns from her beautiful Balanced Practice Yoga Retreat in Portugal on July 10th! 🌍🧘‍♀️

From Tuesday to Saturday, Liz offers her signature blend of hands-on, person-centred physiotherapy, along with 1:1 yoga therapy and small group therapeutic movement classes combining Pilates, strength, and yoga therapy.

Dr. Natalie and Dr. Wayne return from their overseas travels on July 7th, and they're excited to see you all again!

Until then, our wonderful locum practioners, Dr. Sam and Dr. Paul are here doing a beautiful job of looking after you. If you haven't met them or had them treat you yet, there's still time to book in and enjoy their care before the full team is reunited.
