Before the last of the peaches disappear…

The seafood van’s in from 9:15am, and it’s the kind of morning that calls for something a little more considered.

Fresh prawns, ripe peaches, a splash of champagne, a hint of citrus… simple ingredients, but when they come together, it’s something else entirely.

Light, fresh, just the right amount of indulgent.

Pick up what looks good, pour a glass of something chilled, and let it come together your way.
