When I talk about the brain-spine connection in my clinic, I’m not talking about a philosophy. I’m talking about measurable neuroscience 🧠

A key study in the peer-reviewed journal Neural Plasticity answered the question: can a spinal adjustment actually change the brain? Using EEG to measure the brain’s electrical responses, the answer was definitive.
The data showed that after a SINGLE chiropractic session, there was a significant change in the electrical activity right in the prefrontal cortex—your brain’s command center for focus, mood, and emotional regulation.
