The Fab 5 for inspiration...these guys have got what you need to do this year:
1. Optimistic mindset
2. Have fun (most important)
3. Get enough sleep
4. Eat your veges (but I will add don't forget your protein)
5. Exercise to keep you feeling younger and stronger - cardio and strength

The Fab Five swimming group — whose oldest member is 91 — say their routine keeps them ageing well, and the socialising is just as important as the exercise.

Surprisingly, most people don't breathe well at all. I see this with people when they first come into my studio. It may be because of stooped posture, or sitting at work all day, or they are in a lot of pain, or they suffer from ongoing stress and anxiety, or they simply don't know how to breathe properly - no one has ever taught them.

Your respiratory system is your life blood. But the truth is you probably haven't paid much attention to your breath. Breathing correctly is one of the first concepts I teach all my clients regardless of what problem they are seeing me for - low back pain, osteoporosis, diabetes, mental health, pregnancy, or after injury. Even if you have a respiratory disorder, like asthma or chronic pneumonia, which compromises your lungs, the good news is your lungs respond extremely well to breath training.

Breathing correctly is essential for:
• Efficient circulation – oxygenating every cell in your body and removal of waste products
• Restoration of your posture
• A strong core and support for your spine
• Calming your mind, easing stress and anxiety
• Easing muscle tension and reducing pain
• Restoring lung function after illness
• Improving your sleep

I always tell my clients focus on the exhale and the inhale will take care of itself.
Remember, breath is a movement and facilitates all other movement.
