We proudly provide fully bulk-billed, high-quality medical care and are committed to ensuring every patient receives respectful, compassionate treatment. This commitment is built on mutual respect.

➡️ Any form of abuse, aggression, intimidation, or disrespect toward our staff will result in immediate termination of care.
➡️ Individuals involved will be permanently refused service and banned from entering the clinic premises.
➡️ Where behaviour poses a safety risk, this action may extend to associated family members receiving care at the practice.
➡️ Patient records will be transferred to an alternative provider upon receipt of appropriate consent.
➡️ No exceptions. No reconsideration.
