Christmas is portrayed as the most joyful time of the year. But this isn’t always the case when we spend it alone. If that’s you, then there are ways to celebrate and feel a part of something bigger.

Colleen’s passion to be with people in their suffering and brokenness while offering healing and assistance to reach their full potential was the initial impetus for the establishment of Watersedgecounselling. It began in 2003 when Colleen commenced a small private practice from her home in Belmont, Geelong where she would see individuals and conduct women’s retreats. The inspiration for the name Watersedge came from the Barwon River, located in close proximity and a constant source of calm and tranquillity
Five years later in 2009, Watersedgecounselling relocated to 230 LaTrobe Tce, Geelong West where Colleen’s practice expanded to see individuals, couples and families. Colleen built up her practice here until Watersedgecounselling relocated to Waterfront House in the Geelong CBD, in November 2012. Initially in a smaller office, Watersedgecounselling quickly outgrew the venue and 12 months later, moved to a larger premise next door to the original one.
In March 2014, Watersedgecounselling expanded further to welcome Duncan Morris who provides counselling, mentoring and supervision.
To accommodate this further growth and provide clients with a broader service, Watersedgecounselling relocated in November 2015 to a premise in Newtown. Just a 5 minute walk from the Barwon River, this beautifully located, fully renovated period home with its peaceful cottage garden, at 117-119 Aphrasia Street is the perfect setting for clients seeking a calm, tranquil and private space to seek counselling support.
As a husband and wife team, Colleen and Duncan are fully qualified and competent helping professionals, passionate about your growth and reaching your potential.
If you would like to see Colleen you can contact on 0434 337 245, Duncan on 0434 331 243 for a FREE 10 minute consultation or, if you ready to make an appointment go to BOOK ONLINE now.
