We will set an intention which will be amplified by the use of crystals and essential oils, we will create awareness as we will talk about the current cosmic process using astrology.

Then we will go into a sacred journey using a guided meditation, vocal harmonics, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drum and air instruments, all combined into an harmonising healing journey.

As we wrap up another year at Ebb & Flow, we just want to say the biggest thank you to our beautiful community 🤍

2025 has been a lot - full, challenging, emotional at times - but also incredibly rewarding. We’ve shared breath, movement, laughter, growth and connection, and for that I’m so deeply grateful.

This space is what it is because of you - our clients, teachers, and community who continue to show up with open hearts.
