Hatha Yoga
I practice and teach a Hatha, Vinyasa style of yoga. I believe that everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice in their lives. Yoga has given me not only physical strength, flexibility and stamina but it has given me tools to live a balanced and fulfilled life. Yoga has helped me on and off the mat to live more mindfully as my meditation practice has grown. What ever your reason for seeking out a yoga class I hope to offer you a wholistic practice leaving you feeling stronger, clearer and more centred. In my classes we will complete a sequence of asana’s (yoga postures), integrated with pranayama (breathing exercises) and a short meditation. I look forward to practicing with you.
