Sports Massage will be $80 ongoing...but for the rest of 2020, we will be offering 60 min sports Massage treatments for $70 to celebrate Sarah jumping on board.

Today we got it done with two angel boys on the gym floor. This time for me is non negotiable and I’ve CHOSEN to make time for it.

I work. I rush. I forget everything. I stress. I am tired.

But I do it. Because I am a priority too. And so are you xx
