From 1st November 2025, our billing policy will change to include more Bulk Billing options.

Bulk Billing for Medicare Card Holders
Nollamara Medical Centre will bulk bill all patients with a valid Medicare card for eligible consultation items, regardless of age or concession status.

We will also bulk bill:
Chronic disease care plans
Eligible health assessments
Due to changes in Medicare incentives, we are now able to bulk bill most standard, eligible consultations (Non-referred Attendances). This means more affordable and accessible healthcare for our patients.

Telehealth Services
Telehealth consultations will also be bulk billed for eligible patients who meet the MBS (Medicare Benefits Schedule) criteria for Telehealth services.

Fitness-to-drive assessments for commercial driver’s licenses
Nurse-only consultations
Certain medical procedures
Infusions
Some travel vaccinations

From 1st March 2023, Nollamara Medical Centre will become mixed billing clinic. We will still bulk bill children under 16 yrs old, over 70 years old, pensioners, and concession card holders. We will bulk bill eligible chronic disease care plans, and eligible health assessment.

Our standard consult
estimate fees (1 or 2 issues) will be $70 (Medicare rebate $39.75 (out of pocket fees $30.25

Longer consult
will be $120, Medicare rebate will be $76.95 (out of pocket fees $43.05)
Mental Health plan will be $130 (out of pocket fee $33.75)
After hours rates will apply (before 8 am or after 6 pm),
we will bulk bill the follow up appointment related to the issues raised in the first consult.
Our doctors are very considerate to our patients circumstances.
