Looking for a compassionate and reliable support worker for a young 19 yr old person living with autism. Role includes community access, daily living support, and building independence.

Location: Corinda, South Brisbane
Hours: Flexible, PM shifts after 1PM twice a week.
Must Have: NDIS Worker Screening Check, ABN (or willingness to get one), and experience supporting neurodivergent individuals.

Support Person Needed – Redlands Area

We’re seeking a caring, reliable support person for a 9-year-old boy who is Autistic (Level 2), ADHD, and Gifted, with additional medical needs. He’s a bright, sensitive child who thrives with gentle, calm support and predictable, low-demand mornings.

Details:

2 mornings per week (Mon & Tue preferred)

7:15am – 9:15am

Potential for longer hours once trust is built

Focus:

Calm, connected start to the day

Supporting school readiness at his pace

Reducing overwhelm and building confidence

Requirement:
Strong lived or professional understanding of Autism, ADHD, and complex needs is essential.
