Our Story
Originally Meister Athlete now known as Energie4, was founded as a high performance centre for elite athletes. It is now available to the everyone as one of Melbourne's premier training gyms.
It has state of the art equipment specific to improving sports performances. From platforms, squat cages and an extensive posterior chain equipment. It has a 30 metre, three lane track, that works great for sprinting, plyometrics and strongman. Strongman is a great way for athletes to improve strength and power, as well as lean out.
We have personal training for body composition, as well as group classes, including boxing. What ever your health & fitness goals we have something for everyone.
