Kinected Pilates believes that each body is different on every day, so we create an individualised Pilates session based off the needs of the moment. All sessions are conducted using state of the art Pilates equipment, mat and small apparatus to provide the best possible movement experience. Session types include Privates (1:1), Duets (1:2) and Semi-Privates (1:3). Mat classes are run with a maximum of 5 people to ensure a more personalised, attentive approach.

Imagery is a powerful tool and even more so when it mimics anatomical correctness. I love finding ways to help instructors / people /anyone understand their body’s exceptional design so that you are able to live a more fulfilling life.

And taking a breath is possibly the most important conscious and unconscious activity we get to do. So let’s do it well!
