About Me ....
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed and strength-based psychologist with a background in Mental Health, Functional Recovery, Disabilities and Behaviour Support. I am able to assist with difficulties across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, emotional regulation, neurodiversity and relationship difficulties. I offer both in home and telehealth appointments Monday to Thursday from 4pm, and face to face sessions on a Saturday. So no need to take time away from your work, studies or busy schedule.
My integrative therapeutic approach, which I personalise to each client, includes Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
I create a supportive, non-judgemental and collaborative environment to explore presenting concerns, identify therapeutic goals and to find practical solutions to increase wellbeing, resilience and quality of life.
