I am very particular about the products I offer to support you in between Energy Healings.

Recently on retreat in the hinterland of Byron Bay, I sourced local products to be part of the welcome pack for everyone. The Heart Chakra Activation Mist from Shemana was included and is my favourite product at the moment! 🥰

The smell is absolutely divine and soft with vanilla and rose botanicals and the feeling it invokes is one of pure harmony and peace. It clears away feelings of heaviness and invites you into a lighter sense of being.

The name Shemana translates to 'Elixir of Life' — a reverence to the ancient belief that substance itself can be sacred, that the materials you touch and the care you give your body can be a form of devotion. 🌻 Happiness and joy play such an important role in our lives. It impacts us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. When we move through the world from a lighter space, we lead our life more open hearted, make healthier choices and feel more balanced and harmonised. 💛

I spent last Friday in Brisbane at a wonderful exhibition called Bodyworlds in the Queen St Mall, and I highly recommend to go and see for yourself. (It finishes early October)

It shares what happens beneath the surface and how this impacts our life, in all areas. In particular -
🌟 Immune system becomes stronger
🩵 reduced inflammation
🥒 our nervous system calm and coherent
🍃 our organs are able to complete their roles to support the body to function optimally

For me there is no separation in how we show up in the world. All parts of us are connected and the more we feel this within the more we authentically share this with the world. 🌏

In the past for my birthday I would usually make sure I had the day off work and enjoyed it being with friends. I feel so blessed that on this special day today I got to serve and show up as me by supporting many divine hearts from all around the world. Today for my birthday I spent the morning in the US, Sydney and Bowral with 3 gorgeous ladies.

One of my dear clients arrived on the call wishing me happy birthday wearing fun glasses and beads and then proceeded to wrap them around me on our zoom! I love this so much and cherish these relationships, more like dear friendships. xx

It reminded me of the importance of showing up as who we are!
To do this we must first create a relationship with ourselves, feel connected within and then extend this authentic energy out into the universe. 💚

Such an amazing gathering of coherent hearts from yesterdays blissful and nourishing Immersion. 🩷💛🩷

Hayley and I are so grateful to all that came to clear away the stagnation of Winter and clutter of the mind and organs to receive deep deep rest and alchemy, physically and energetically.
Gifting everyone the space to unfold organically into Spring. 🌻

The peace, presence and love was so palpable on conclusion and the free flowing tears that landed for a few, will continue to create huge shifts in their worlds and their families.

So many blessings received by all. 🙏 This is where yoga transcends the mat and ripples into your world.

With the weather warming up it feels like Spring is already here! 🌻

Just like nature, we too begin to open up to the world after spending fertile slowing down time in Winter. We have conserved our energy to prepare for these new blooms, rebirth and transition into longer days of light.

The warmth and light of spring allows us to shake off the stagnation, to clear away the clutter of thoughts and habits, to unfurl and open and emerge back out into the world.

I am home now (physically back in Noosa and in my body, mind and spirit) after spending 11 days in beautiful Bali. 💚

Bali is considered to be a powerful energy vortex of spiritual power and energy, blessed by the Earth's Kundalini energy where 2 Ley Lines converge and intersect, purifying the planet and additionally those that visit this sacred land.

It is intensely purifying facilitating peace, harmony, love and rejuvenation. 🙏

For me I held the intention to deeply nourish my cup and create more harmony and peace in my world. I received this ....... and so much more. It took me to places beyond what I have known transcending thought patterns, beliefs and conditioning.

I got to experience different sound healings, aerial yin yoga, light therapy, massage, facials, nourishing food, cherished time with dear dear friends, lots of laughter, fun, loving encounters, nature and massage and more massage! 😇 My body, mind and soul are in deep gratitude for all that I have received.

My space is clear and light and my heart is full and coherent. 💚

Thank you mama Bali for holding me to transform what I had been carrying for way too long.

I have returned HOME to share this love wth you all. xx
