✨ A little update, lovely souls… ✨

I will be taking some much needed time off from December 24th through to February 2nd to fill my own cup — just as I always encourage you to fill yours. After a full-on year, it’s time for me to slow down, focus on my family, and give myself the same care and balance I hold space for in all of you.

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

I also want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who has walked through the doors of Heal and Balance this year. I’m so grateful for your trust, your presence, and your commitment to taking time out for you. Your support of my small business means more than I can ever express.

🧠Ever find yourself lying in bed, wishing your mind would just stop?

I see this so often in the women I work with — busy, caring, capable women whose minds never rest.
It’s exhausting for them.
