It’s so hard to say goodbye… or maybe, goodbye for now 🤍

Heal and Balance has been such a special part of my life, and my heart is so full of gratitude for each and every one of you who walked through my doors. Thank you for trusting me, for allowing yourselves to be nurtured, and for being part of this beautiful journey with me.

I also want to truly thank some of you for the heartfelt messages and beautiful flowers — your kindness and support have meant more to me than words can express.

This isn’t easy, but it feels like the right time to pause, to shift, and to honour what’s next for me and my family.

I’m sending you all so much love, healing, and light — always. ✨

The Snake year asked for depth.
It asked you to turn inward.
To sit in truth without distraction.
To confront the parts of yourself that had been running quietly in the background.

Shedding can be slow.
Cellular release can take time.
And sometimes shedding is fire.
Sometimes it is the moment you burn the old structure to the ground and walk away without looking back.

𓆙

Many of you did not just reflect this year.
You dismantled.
Old relational patterns surfaced.
Old self-betrayals became impossible to ignore.
Tolerance levels shifted.
Standards sharpened.

𓆙

The Snake tightens the skin until you either grow or rupture.
Some of you outgrew careers.
Some outgrew dynamics.
Some outgrew the person you thought you had to be to survive.

𓆙

That was initiation.

Now the rhythm changes.
The Fire Horse is Yang energy at full expression.
Fire governs visibility, charisma, leadership, heat.
The Horse governs movement, independence, forward momentum.
The last Fire Horse year was 1966.
This cycle comes once every sixty years.
It carries intensity.
It carries speed.
It amplifies what is already true.

Acceleration does not create truth.
It exposes it.
If you did the work of the Snake, you will feel clarity now.
If you avoided it, this year will feel confronting.

Before you move with this new current, clear what is still lingering.
Not just physically.
Energetically.
Emotionally.
Sit somewhere quiet.
Close your eyes.
Drop your breath lower into your belly.
Feel your body.

Ask yourself:
Is there anything left in me that still feels unfinished?

☼

Is there any resentment, grief, guilt, anger, attachment still sitting in my field?

Do not analyse.
Feel.
If something rises, meet it.
Place your hand on your heart.
Whisper the ho'oponopono prayer slowly:
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Say it to yourself.
Say it to the other person if someone comes to mind.
Say it to the old version of you.

Let the energy move.
If your body wants to shake, shake.
If it wants to cry, cry.
If it wants to sing, sing.
If it wants to shout, shout.
If it wants to dance, dance.
Clear it through the body.

Then open your home.
Open the windows.
Open the doors.

☼

Walk from the front of your home to the back.
Feel the air move.
Imagine any emotional residue dissolving.

Speak out loud:
“This is complete.”
“I release what no longer belongs in my body or my home.”
“I welcome clarity and aligned fire.”

Then ground.
Feel your feet on the floor.
Feel your spine.
Feel your breath.

☼

I grew up riding horses.
I know the feeling of placing your foot in the stirrup.
Swinging your leg over.
Settling into the saddle.

You do not mount a horse with hesitation.
The horse feels that instantly.
You mount steady.
Clear.
Present.
This year will respond the same way.
Stand grounded.
Lead with your body.
Direct the movement.

The Fire Horse is here.
And I am ready.
Giddy up.

With so much love and gratitude,

I wanted to gently share that I’ll be closing my doors soon. This space has been filled with the most beautiful souls, and I’m incredibly thankful to each and every one of you who walked through the door and chose to nurture yourselves here.

This hasn’t been an easy decision. It has come with a lot of reflection and heart, but I feel called to follow new opportunities unfolding and to do what feels right for me and my family in this season. While this may only be a pause, I’m not certain what the future holds — I’m simply trusting the path as it unfolds.

Thank you for trusting me, for showing up for your own healing, and for supporting my little business along the way. It has truly been an honour to hold space for you, and I’ll forever be grateful for the connections, conversations, and moments shared.

🧠Ever find yourself lying in bed, wishing your mind would just stop?
