This has been a really hard decision... one I’ve been sitting with for a while now.

While I am so genuinely grateful to be fully booked and so busy, the reality of running a solo business has also felt overwhelming at times.

I know a lot of people say, “What’s next? Bigger space, hire staff, expand…” but truthfully, I love what I’m doing right now. I enjoy running this solo as my little introverted self, and I don’t feel the need to grow beyond that right now.

I’m currently fully booked for the next 6 weeks, and so temporarily heading into the new year, I’ve decided to close my books to new clients so I can properly look after my regular clients and myself.

This is not a forever thing... I’ll be reassessing next year once things settle and if I find appointments start appearing I will begin to re open to new clients.

Thank you endlessly to every single person who supports me and my little business, it truly means more than you know 🤍

Oh hey 👋
The end of 2025 is right around the corner and I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported my little business for another year.

I was reflecting the other day about how many clients have walked through my door…
how many bodies I’ve treated, how many people I’ve met and honestly, it blows my mind how busy this small business has become.

Whether you’ve booked in with me, followed my page, liked my posts, recommended me to a friend, or tagged someone in my content… it all means more than you realise.
Every bit of support keeps this space going.

People see the studio, the following, the booked out calendar…
and they think this career is easy.
They think they can replicate it overnight.

But the truth is?
This job is HARD.

Building from scratch is hard.
Growing your skill set is hard.
Keeping up in a competitive industry is hard.
Trying to please everyone while people come and go… that’s hard too.

Massage therapy looks glamorous on Instagram,
but behind the scenes it’s physical, emotional, mentally draining
and not for the faint hearted. & I'm sure a lot of service based industries feel this...

There’s a reason so many massage therapists don’t last longer than five years.
It takes grit.
It takes resilience.
It takes heart.

But it’s also one of the most incredible jobs you can do.
You get to help people.
You get to make a difference.
You get to build something that’s yours.

It’s hard; but it’s worth it. 💙
