Here at The Connection Centre we value connection. Firstly to ourselves, to each other, to our Mother Earth. We value healing, the sacred balance between mind, body and soul. We value growth, the journey we take to get to now.

We have grown as a community of wellness practitioners and allied health professionals, to offer you a wide range of healing and helath modalities.

We now offer psychotherapy, counselling, energy healing, corrective muscle therapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, clinical sexology and mental health services.

Being a woman is a journey! and I started The Connection Centre back in 2020. And now we are starting a brand new Podcast called Being A Woman.

We all have a journey from maiden to mother to wise woman.

This podcast is about learning, healing, and growing together. We share our stories and interview guests about their personal stories aswell.

To share. To heal To grow. To inspire. To support you on your journey of being a woman.

Our journeys are all different, and in sharing out challenges and our celebrating our triumphs, we offer our truth and our hearts.

You are not alone. We are here to provide real and raw stories and connections for our soul sisters here on Earth.
