🌟 Client Spotlight: Tracie 🌟 8 days. 134km. 6,931m ascent. 👣

From Kokoda to Ower’s Corner, Tracie took on one of the world’s toughest treks and conquered it. She was the 61st woman to finish with her trekking company, alongside her partner Lionel, the 960th man. 👏

This wasn’t luck. It was months of steady work, showing up, training hard, and trusting the process. In our group personal training sessions, Tracie followed a plan built just for her. Together we layered:
