🌟 Client Spotlight: Tracie 🌟 8 days. 134km. 6,931m ascent. 👣

From Kokoda to Ower’s Corner, Tracie took on one of the world’s toughest treks and conquered it. She was the 61st woman to finish with her trekking company, alongside her partner Lionel, the 960th man. 👏

This wasn’t luck. It was months of steady work, showing up, training hard, and trusting the process. In our group personal training sessions, Tracie followed a plan built just for her. Together we layered:

🌀 Reformer Pilates for balance + recovery
🥗 Nutrition to fuel long days
🧘 Mindfulness to stay centered

Hello & Welcome to The Simple Everyday !

Established in 2007, The Simple Everyday was born from a simple idea:

To create a space for people who never felt at home in a gym.

Back then, the word holistic wasn’t well understood. But we believed in something different-offering movement, nourishment, and mindset support in a way that felt personal, thoughtful, and centred on care.

We opened our doors for the non-exercisers. The ones who felt overwhelmed, unseen, or left behind in traditional fitness spaces.

Today, our vision is the same: to help you feel strong, capable, and connected to your wellbeing-without noise, extremes, or pressure.

We offer a 20 min free discovery call to anyone who is thinking about working with us. During this call, we will discuss your current health and fitness goals and how our holistic programs can help you.

Starting is the hard part, so start small and make this appointment for your free discovery call! We are excited to meet you.

Start Now and regain your energy, improve your body’s strength, and build the ability to do the activities you love. It is fruitless to wish you had started years ago. In the future you will wish you had started today.
