Our first week back has been nothing short of magic. The new Adelaide Aquatic Centre provides the perfect backdrop for Immersion Therapy, where we use the unique environment of the water to create life-changing social impact.

Seeing our participants move with total freedom in water this clear is a reminder of why we do what we do. We aren't just swimming; we’re breaking boundaries. 🚀

🏠 WE’RE COMING HOME! 🏠
The wait is almost over! We are absolutely thrilled to officially announce that Determined2 services are relocating to the brand-new, state-of-the-art Adelaide Aquatic Centre starting Monday, 2 March 2026!

The last 18 months have been quite a journey, and we wouldn’t be here without your unwavering support. A massive thank you to our participants for your patience , The Parks Recreation and Sports Centre for our temporary home, and the SA Government for their commitment to our services during this redevelopment.

Important Dates to Remember:

Until 27 February: We will continue to operate as usual at The Parks.

2 March 2026: We officially begin our next chapter at the new Adelaide Aquatic Centre.

Welcome Eliana 🎉

Eliana is our first clinical placement student for 2026 and first from the brand-new Adelaide University 🙌

Eliana is studying a bachelor of Exercise Physiology with honours and we're proud to support her education and development as a future Allied Health Champion 🏆

Providing Disability led learning is one of our social impact areas. We are super excited to see another year full of meaningful support in this important area ensuring our future AHP learn about disability from people living with disability ✊️

We're super excited to welcome our newest team member and first AHPRA registered Physiotherapist to the Determined2 team , the very awesome and very tall Chris 😀 👏 🎉
With over a decade of experience and special interest in neurological physiotherapy, Chris is joining our 5 ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist driving our mission of breaking down barriers to exercise and physical activity via Immersion Therapy.

Chris also brings his own personal lived experience after sustaining an acquired brain injury himself in 2019. Chris understands the journey from injury to recovery, having to learn how to walk, talk and meet the requirements to regain his registration in 2023.

Join us in welcoming Chris and be sure to say g'day when you see him poolside ❤️
