Term 2 youth strength kicks off in 2 weeks at Summit Performance. This is just one of our classes from Term 1 - great group of young athletes who showed up and worked hard every week.
If your young athlete is looking for something structured this term, we'd love to have them. Sessions Monday to Friday for ages 11–18.

Is your daily walk doing the heavy lifting?

We love seeing so many of you out hitting the paths around Albury every day - it's amazing for the soul and the heart. But there is a "missing piece" we see a lot of people overlook as they get older.

Walking keeps you moving, but strength training is what keeps you capable.

After 45, our bodies need a little more convincing to keep our muscle and bone density. It's not about lifting massive weights or gym-bro culture, it's about having the strength to carry the groceries, garden without a sore back, and feel sturdy on your feet.

It’s about feeling like you again.
