Some moments in business hit a little different…

Like guiding my dad through his very first sauna session at 83 years young 🧖‍♂️

He’s always lived an active lifestyle, still teaching jujitsu now🥋 but seeing him slow down and embrace the heat was something special…Couldn’t quite convince him into the ice bath though 😂

We shared stories, laughed, and he walked away feeling incredible.

He took me to every training session and cheered me on at every sporting comp growing up… such a full-circle moment to be the one guiding him through this now ❤️

From Dump to Oasis - The Transformation ✨

Once upon a time… our yard was a hot mess of dirt and regret 😂

Even Rich, our Frenchie, wouldn’t hang out in the yard.
