🎄 Giving Back This Christmas 🎄

Our team at Edmonds Psychology spent the final day of work for the year supporting the incredible We Care Connect elves and their annual Christmas Drive.

We were proud to volunteer our time with a volunteer-run organisation that supports children and vulnerable families across the Central Coast. Seeing the care, generosity, and community spirit behind this initiative was truly humbling.

Giving back is a value we hold close — connection, compassion, and community matter, not just in our clinic rooms but beyond them.

A heartfelt thank you to We Care Connect for the vital work you do, and to everyone who donates, volunteers, and supports families who need it most this festive season ❤️

✨ Wishing our community a safe, restful holiday period and a happy, healthy New Year ✨

Christmas can be a joyful time, but for many it can also feel lonely or overwhelming.
If you’re finding this season hard, please know you’re not weak for reaching out — it takes strength to ask for support.

Our team at Edmonds Psychology is currently off from 22nd December- 04th January 2026, taking a well-deserved break.

Please know free professional mental health support is always available. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a 24/7 mental health support service — you don’t have to go through it alone. If you are at immediate risk, call 000.

Wishing everyone a gentle Christmas and a safe New Year from all of us at Edmonds Psychology. 💫

You matter. Support is there. 🤍

💚 World Mental Health Day 2025 💚

Today, we come together to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
No one should walk the path to healing alone.

At Edmonds Psychology, our psychologists walk alongside you — every step of the journey toward recovery. 🌿
Because the first step toward healing is often the hardest one: speaking up and reaching out for support.

Your story matters. Your struggles are valid. And help is always within reach. 💬💚

Let’s keep the conversation going — not just today, but every day.
Together, we can create a world where mental health is treated with understanding, compassion, and hope.

Professional Development | Schema Therapy with Dr. Robert Brockman 🧠

Our team at Edmonds Psychology had the privilege of attending a full-day workshop on Schema Therapy with renowned clinical psychologist and international trainer Dr. Robert Brockman. This enriching event was hosted by the Central Coast Branch of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

We’re proud to share that our Clinic Director, Nicola, currently serves as the Central Coast Branch Chair and Nicole and Rebecca committee members. Our clinic plays an active role on the committee—supporting initiatives that bring world-class training opportunities to our local professional community.

Workshops like this not only strengthen our clinical skills but also reinforce our commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and cutting-edge therapeutic care to the individuals and families we support.

A big thank you to Dr. Brockman for an inspiring and practical day, and to the Central Coast APS team for making it all possible.

📚✨ Continuous learning, collaboration, and connection—so we can better support your mental health journey.

✨ Giving Back with Heart: Supporting We Care Connect ✨

At Edmonds Psychology, we believe in the strength of community and the power of giving back. That’s why we’re proud to support We Care Connect, a grassroots charity making a real difference for vulnerable children and families on the Central Coast.

We Care Connect provides essential items—like clothing, car seats, cots and prams—to local families doing it tough. Their work is practical, compassionate, and deeply needed 🐻 🌈

We’re honoured to support this incredible charity and invite others in our community to get involved—whether by donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word
