Fat burning vs Fat loss… it’s NOT the same thing 🔥

You can “burn fat” during a workout (relative to your heart rate)… and still not lose body fat.

Fat burning = what fuel your body is using in that moment (heart rate under 60-70% max HR)

Fat loss = creating a calorie deficit over time (what matters) 💥

You can sit in the “fat burning zone” all day…
But if you’re eating more calories than you need?
You won’t lose body fat. That simple!

Fat loss isn’t about a magical heart rate by staying in the “fat burning zone”…

It’s about finding a diet that works for you allowing you to hit your nutrition targets most days, fuel smart, lift heavy, and actually be able to stick to the basics.
