Feeling “fluffy” and glutes still s**t? 💩
You are trying to build muscle and get some juicy glutes, so you do the right thing and increase calories and go into a surplus...
But what you didn’t know is that your surplus is bigger than it has to be OR you either have a sh*t program or simply not training hard enough. (Or worse case it’s all of them 🫠🫠)
So here it is ladies, if you want to build muscle and glutes, you need to train HARD! 👊🏽
That is the MOST important step, but also missed.
So when you just eat more food and forget to train hard, you just gain extra body fat and feel “fluffy”.
If you want to stop feeling fluffy, but still build juicy glutes you just need to eat at maintenance or around 10% surplus, anything higher and you will just be gaining extra body fat and feeling fluffy AF.
Once you nail this you just need to make sure you train hard with structure and you can watch those glutes grow! 💪🏽
