Most women I talk to thought it wouldn’t work for them…

No matter if they are a mum or a career driven woman.

They thought they would “need more time”.
That they would “need to be perfect”.
That they would have to “eat different meals to the family”.
That they couldn’t eat their “favourite foods”.
That they would need to spend 5-6 days in the gym every week.

Until they got started and didn’t have to do any of that.

Alright let’s clear this up for the muppets misinforming you all…

Strength training = to get stronger & build muscle NOT to burn calories (it does a s**t job at it)

“Fat burning” does not = Fat loss 🙅🏼‍♂️

They are two different things.

To “burn fat” (as a fuel source) does not mean you will LOSE any more body fat, especially if you are eating more calories lol.
