This is day 3 of no bs fat loss advice to help you lose 1-2kgs in the next 30 days.
Let’s clear this up….
You do NOT have to do copious amounts of exercise to lose body fat.
Creating a calorie deficit through changes in your diet is much more effective, manageable and sustainable long term.
Do you really have a spare 10-15hrs every week for training?
Do the minimum to start and build from there.
Consistency will always win.
