S**t happens and the scales go up!

Then you are quick to throw the towel in and stop…

But what you don’t realise is that this “weight gain” is likely not body fat. Just a little fluctuation that is normal and means jack s**t.

Unless you have been over eating like a bloody pork chop! 😂

But this is why you still feel stuck!

If you kept going and maintaining your habits, just for a few more weeks that lead into months.

You would see greater fat loss and weight loss. Than you have ever seen.

Not because you dieted harder….

But just because you kept going!

This is your sign to stop throwing the towel in and being so hard on yourself when life gets in the way, and keep going.

PS… this is given you are using the right plan for you, because if you are always falling “off track” it probably will never suit your lifestyle.

The fitness industry has been misleading women like you for years! 🤬

Track every macro to the gram. 🙄
Train 5-6 days a week. 🤦🏼‍♂️
Overhaul your entire life. 🫠

And when it doesn’t work?
They blame you.

That’s not a you problem. It’s a flawed strategy from the start.

Not like my client Michelle who lost 10kgs in 15 weeks training just 2-3 times a week.
Still eating dinner with her family every night.

Or Maddy who lost 6.5kgs in 10 weeks juggling 3 kids and full time work.
Walked down the aisle the strongest and most confident version of herself.

No extreme dieting.
No 6 day training weeks.
No giving up your life.

Did you know if you build more muscle you turn into a metabolic machine and burn/expend more calories each day?

Well this is what the muppet fitness influencer’s will say, and they aren’t wronggggg… BUT!

1kg of lean muscle tissue = 10-15kcals extra expended in the day….

It’s f**k all given how hard and long it takes to build that muscle! 😂

So next time you hear a mullet say “you need to build more muscle so you burn more fat/calories in the day” just understand that do not understand nuance or what this actually looks like and a bit of a dick.

Lift weights to build muscle to get stronger, improve your physique, increase bone density, to gain more muscle for later in life and so you feel more confident! 💪🏽

Not to try and “burn” an extra 10-15kcals per day 😂
