TBH I am ashamed of it, but we only know what we know.

So I hope this helps at least one of you not endure s**tty mash potato, life is to short for that s**t.

Or that this helps on of you not feel scared or guilty to eat the foods you want to.

Remember we can eat all different types of food and STILL lose body fat!

FIRED UP FORDO FRIDAY RANT ❄️

It’s bloody creatine, it’s not a drug so you do NOT need to cycle it!!

Make sure you are following .fitness for more NO BS nutrition advice!

Cycling your creatine is literally one of the most counter productive and down right stupid recommendations I have ever heard.

Just when you are stating to notice all the benefits from creatine you stop…..

🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Just keep taking 3-5g of creatine monohydrate every single day. If you miss a day it’s okay, but don’t purposely stop for 2 weeks, that’s just hindering your potential progress.

If you actually want to lose body fat… stop giving a sh*t about the wrong things 👇🏽

1️⃣ Daily weight fluctuations (especially females)
Your body weight changes every day, it’s just food volume, water, hormones, carb/sodium intake or the fact you had a big dinner.
It’s not body fat!!!

2️⃣ Trying to eat clean or “perfect” 24/7
You don’t need to eat flawlessly every day. Perfection doesn’t exist.
Consistency beats perfection, always!

3️⃣ Tracking carbs & fats to the gram!
It’s unnecessary stress for most people. You ain’t trying to get on stage, just lose body fat, so don’t sweat the small stuff.
Just hit your protein and calorie ranges, that’s where real results happen 👌🏽

4️⃣ Comparing your journey to someone else’s
You’re not behind.
You’re are doing great!
You’re on your timeline, not theirs.

5️⃣ Thinking one “bad” meal ruins everything
It doesn’t.
One meal never made or broke your results, it’s what you do after that one meal and what you do consistently that matters.

This is the difference between short term “fad” dieting and long term results by building your habits and knowledge that actually last.

Ladies will you get big and bulky from lifting weights…. 💪🏽

The truth… no you won’t. 🙅🏼‍♂️

Unless you purposefully eating lots more food, large increase in your training volume and possibly added in a little test 😉

But for the rest of you, you will just get stronger, increase your confidence (inside the gym and out), build more muscle (toned) and oh did I mention you will feel better and more confident! 🙌🏽

You cutting out carbs is exactly why you’re not losing body fat….. or getting stronger. 😬

Are you still scared to eat carbs…

Still being told you need to cut carbs out for fat loss…

Well here’s the thing….

You don’t! 🙅🏼‍♂️

You don’t need to be scared of them!
You definitely do NOT need to cut them out!

Here’s the truth 👇🏽
Carbs aren’t the enemy.
They are your body’s main energy source.
The fuel that powers your training, performance, recovery, and even fat loss.

When you cut them out completely:
⚡ You lose energy
😫 Cravings go through the roof
😡 You become grumpy AF
🍫 You end up binging on the foods you were trying to avoid
… and the cycle repeats.

You don’t need to “earn” carbs or avoid them to see results.
You need to learn how to include them properly.

Some of my female clients eat 200–300g of carbs a day… and they’re losing body fat and stronger! 💪🏽

Carbs don’t stop you from losing body fat, you fearing them does!

Stop cutting out your favourite foods.
Stop cutting out carbs.

Start including carbs.
Start fuelling your body right, for performance and fat loss 💪🏽

Looking to “tone” and “sculpt”??

Aka gain lean muscle and decrease body fat….

Sorry ladies but Pilates and body weight circuits ain’t going to get you there!

Yes you can still do them. Yes the are still great forms of exercise…

But to tone and sculpt (increase muscle mass), you need to do some form of resistance training! 💪🏽

Others won’t tell you this, but it’s all no BS here!
No BS and no false promises!

So get in the gym ladies, lift some weights and enjoy feeling and being stronger 🔥
