No excuses, get it done! 🤦🏼‍♂️

This is day 3 of no bs fat loss advice to help you lose 1-2kgs in the next 30 days.

Let’s clear this up….

You do NOT have to do copious amounts of exercise to lose body fat.

Creating a calorie deficit through changes in your diet is much more effective, manageable and sustainable long term.

Do you really have a spare 10-15hrs every week for training?

Do the minimum to start and build from there.
Consistency will always win.

If you can get more colour and variety in the week, excellent.

But if not, stick to the ones you enjoy and just get them in!

The majority of females I speak with just aren’t eating enough protein!

Not enough meals with it and then not enough in total in the day.

Ladies if you have been given terrible nutrition or training advice from a GP comment below or share this to others!

We need to spread the correct advice and get more females lifting weights, stopping over restrictive diets and eating more protein 💪🏽

Ladies you aren’t losing body fat because of these 3 mistakes! 🙅🏼‍♂️

And the worst part?

That you aren’t following .fitness already 🤣

But especially if you are combining all 3….

That’s a recipe for absolute disaster 🫠🫠

Here’s the thing ladies…

I’m not a female (clearly) and secondly…

chasing “4kg in 4 weeks” shouldn’t be your goal…

Because it is likely what is ruining your fat loss before you even start.

When you look at it, 1kg per week = ~1000 kcal deficit daily.

For most women?

Thats a bloody huge deficit which means low energy, poor training, MORE hunger… (really hard to stick to)

and higher risk of muscle loss with so much more likely hood of blowing out come the weekend! 😭

And you know that “4kgs in 4 weeks” you see online?

Guess what, it’s not all fat.
A lot of it = fluid, glycogen, gut content.

If you actually want to lose body fat AND get stronger:

→ Aim 0.25-0.5kg/week
→ Keep protein high
→ Train with intent
→ Fuel training with carbs

And track more than just the scales, like photos, measurements, how clothes for, energy levels and performance in the gym!

Real results don’t come from extremes.
They come from consistency.

But if you are here following .fitness there will be NO “skinnytok” or any other fat loss BS here!

F*ck my eyes and brain hurt after watching and listening to that sh*t!
