Psychosomatic Therapy is a journey of one’s Body, Mind and Spirit as it is interconnected and ONE and unites our Soul! As we journey through our ‘psycho (mind) – somatic (body) experience of life, of mental, emotional and spiritual purposes and reactions as one unified, inseparable field of intelligence. Our Soul forever continues with the vibration of connection with our Divine Higher Self. Our subconscious and conscious minds tend to guide as we navigate through playing the field of life. We can easily lose touch with the intelligence of our Soul if we lose our focus, balance and structure of who we are. This in that case often will lead humans to question their individual existence. We are here in the human form to serve our Soul’s life purpose. That gift is life. Our body is an amazing machine and at a cellular level has an intelligence and memory of its own. The health and wellbeing of our mind and body is governed by our subconscious and conscious programming. Be that how our thoughts, beliefs, and experiences can be observed and present in our body. Your body is a temple and Ka Huna bodywork is a modality with Ancient principles that teaches and allows you to experience as such. It is a gateway that enables one to stretch your conceptual boundaries of body, mind and soul. This beautiful form of bodywork provides a holistic approach to healing by
balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual
dimensions. Ka Huna bodywork is unique in a number of ways. I myself as a practitioner use my hands, forearms and elbows and move around the table (using flowing Hula and Tai Chi style movements). Under body and full body strokes help to harmonise and relax the body promote free and abundant flow of life energy in the recipient. I work with energy to apply soft and deep tissue massage. Music is playing and I attune to the flow and rhythms with the music harmonising this with the recipients, body, mind and metaphysical body.
