We are independent NDIS registered Support Coordinators assisting NDIS participants from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane and Gold Coast and beyond - Expanding your world At Supporting Solutions we’re all about people, starting with you. Our team will work with you to find the right supports and therapists to support you. We’ll meet with you for an in-depth and comprehensive review of your NDIS plan, ensuring that you understand what it means and what you can use the funding for. Our team will help you get your essential services booked in and up and running, and work with you creatively to achieve your goals and plan for your future.

Meet Jemma!

Jemma is our Office Manager here at Supporting Solutions Qld.

Jem supports our Support Coordinators to do what they do best,ensuring all bookings for the team, and keeps our days moving smoothly, all while making it look easy.

She’s brilliant with organising our paperwork for meetings, updating our systems and keeps us all on track. Jem is always supportive,with her kindness and compassion, and is our calm in the storm, and yet somehow always makes us laugh when we need it most.

We honestly don’t know how our little team would function without her, and we’re so grateful she’s our Jem! 💎
