Do you wake feeling just as exhausted as when you went to sleep?

1 hour of Float Therapy is equivalent to 4-8 hours of deep sleep.

The space is designed to reduce distractions, and help your mind and body unwind. As you float, your body enters a state of deep relaxation, which helps reduce the release of cortisol, a stress hormone that can interfere with sleep.

Float therapy can help you feel relaxed during and after the session, but also help you have a good night sleep.
