Unbound Athletic offers 24 CrossFit classes and an aditional 13 classes in HIIT, GRIT, Strength and Skills as well as over 70 hours of open gym each week. We also offer personalised programs, nutrition coaching, 1 on 1 personal training and supervised creche to suit the individual needs of all of our members.

Today’s session is all about control under fatigue + quality movement at pace.

🔹 Part A
Building positions. Owning the bottom.
Overhead squats + hang sn**ches = stability + precision
→ Move well now so you can move fast later.

🔹 Part B
Grip + midline gets tested.
T2B into a building sn**ch = skill under pressure
→ Can you stay composed as the weight climbs?

🔹 Part C
This is where it bites.
Barbell cycling + overhead lunges + burpees = full body fatigue
→ Breathe, stay efficient, and keep moving.

Over the next 6 weeks you’ll see:
• Strength numbers climb week to week
• Gymnastics capacity improve (more control, more reps, better positions)
• Conditioning levels level up across both aerobic work + high-intensity efforts

Today is all about leg strength + shoulder endurance before testing how much engine you've got left.

Front squats build the base…
Scap work keeps the shoulders healthy…
Then we send it straight into a fast-paced DB and gymnastics burner.

Expect:
🔥 Legs to light up
🔥 Shoulders to fatigue
🔥 Core to be tested on the rig

The goal today isn’t just surviving the workout…
It’s moving well under fatigue.

Stay smooth on the thrusters, control the sn**ches, and when you get upside down — empty the tank.
