We want to bring up a difficult topic, friends.
Discounts and pricing. 😬
First of all we haven't raised prices as we should, for years now. Even though every aspect of our product ingredients and packaging has gone up.
Mostly because we look at what we are doing as herbalists as something that is important for and to our community. And we want our products to be affordable and attainable for people in need.
We are often asked for discounts. We also very often give things away to people in need, mostly when we know we can help make an impact on their lives. Because that's what it's all about for us.
Like our wellness kit option. We a l w a y s give more products and go over the spend when putting these together. Because it's more about results that money. Always. ✨️
Yesterday, we were asked for a $21 discount on 3 creams. Which honestly upset me. For many reasons. Just because you personally want to buy more than 1 doesn't make it cheaper for us to make them. And this particular cream has been the same very reasonable price for 4 years. Again, with every ORGANIC, high-quality ingredient going up in price since then.
There are lots of times throughout the year that we offer deep discounts on products to give back to our community. 2 huge discount days coming up being Small Business Saturday (at 360 Aurora!) and Cyber Monday (online).
Something else to take into consideration is that we have sacrificed our life and free time for the last 8 years, as well as the majority of our family and friends, for our business. We have dedicated absolutely everything to it.
So being able to make a living doing it is paramount.
And time and attention are the absolute most valuable commodities that life offers.
So, please don't ask for extreme discounts from small businesses. Especially since you would never ask the cashier at Walmart, Wegmans,or Target for one.
All of this said, in 2026, we have to raise some prices. Our NYSEG bill has more than doubled and all of our suppliers recently sent out messages that they are raising prices again.
Please know we will be very mindful and reasonable in this increase.
So we recommend stocking up over the holiday's and ask you to please consider sharing our products with friends and family to fall in love with Bespoke so that we can continue to stay in business and make our products for our community. 🙏
